Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Custom-made products and made-to-order items may require additional production time. If your order requires an extended lead time, we will contact you with an estimated completion date.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Methods
We ship orders throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method selected.
From time to time, Heathmade may offer free shipping on qualifying products or promotional offers.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Heathmade.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Heathmade is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the order.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. We recommend keeping all packaging materials and taking photos of the damaged package and product to assist with any shipping claims.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available on select products. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
